Laundry Association of Australia (LAA) Supplier Member Simba Global is a sponsor and strong supporter of the Australian Tennis Foundation (ATF).  As a sponsor and supporter of the ATF, Simba invited the LAA Board to attend the O Dinner sponsors event on 15th January to have dinner and then watch Alex De Minaur win his first round match on Centre Court.  CEO of Simba Global and LAA Board member Ahmed Ebeid hosted LAA Chair Ray Hayes, Director Warwick Brown, former LAA Director Joe Sullivan and CEO Luke Simpkins.

With more than four decades of industry experience, Simba Global have become the largest supplier of commercial textiles in Australia and New Zealand.  With long standing customer partnerships, association with industry bodies such as the LAA and extensive technical understanding of commercial laundries they are always looking for new ways to evolve processes and thinking, to complement changing environments and technologies within the commercial laundry industry.

As major partners with Australia’s biggest commercial laundries, their stock support includes core catalogue ranges, to specific customer bespoke ranges that are designed with the end user in mind.  Simba’s curiosity is focused on how they can make products and processes feel better, look better and perform better. They have worked hand in hand with laundry partners for decades to support the industry through education, advocacy, sponsorship and expert advice.

They are committed to Making Better, Together.

While Simba has actively supported tennis in Australia for numerous years, last year they solidified their partnership with the Australian Tennis Foundation (ATF), the official charity of Tennis Australia and the Australian Open.

The Australian Tennis Foundation is dedicated to fostering brighter futures for underprivileged youth, using tennis as a vehicle to reduce social disadvantage and increase social cohesion. Their program enhances involvement in the sport and cultivates a sense of belonging and community while introducing tennis to more than 6700 children.

The ethos of the Australian Tennis Foundation aligns with our core values and purpose – to contribute to a better world – for every person, every relationship, and every community. In all that we do, in every country that we touch, we will be better tomorrow than we are today.

As a family-owned business, we understand the profound impact businesses can have on society and take immense pride in giving back to the community, supporting local initiatives and charities and creating meaningful and sustainable impacts.– Ahmed Ebeid
