Product Highlight

IRONER SPRINGMAX-PRESS Spring

MAX-PRESS Spring – a high-quality product by the reputable Japanese company San-Ai. With years of experience in the industry, San-Ai competes with the well-known SpringPress, particularly in the realm of coiled springs.

Measuring at 21mm in width, the MAX-PRESS Spring is the perfect size for the slotted vacuum holes on the EXP20 Ironers. Previously, Kannegiesser Ironers also utilised this product on some of their machines, but now it is predominantly used on the EXP20 Ironers or the Kannegiesser Grand Ironers, which are 2 meters in diameter.

The MAX-PRESS Spring is designed with overlapping cap-plates, creating a hybrid of durability and high-class finish. This unique design allows for better quality finishing and faster, more efficient drying compared to traditional coil springs. Despite its superior features, the MAX-PRESS Spring only incurs a small additional cost.

The claws on the cap-plate securely grip the ironer felt, eliminating the need for additional fastenings. Replacing the felt is a simple process that does not require touching the hot roll – just place the felt directly on the MAX-PRESS, secure both sides with tensioning springs, and you’re good to go.
