Currently we are the sole distributor in Australia for CLM. This is not to be confused with CLM Texfinity/Texfinity in which we have no affiliation with.
CLM is a family run business just like HDTC and we were also very lucky to spend time with Mr Luke the Owner/President. Mr Luke is a very kind and focused businessman with the interests of his partners and clients.
We were treated to a behind the scenes tour of the factory. We were able to inspect the complete production line of equipment which concludes at the testing of all equipment prior to shipment. Due to planning this included HDTC 2-line Ironer with feeder and Folder bound for Melbourne.
The equipment boasts fully welded main steel structures direct from the manufacturer, and using high quality controls, motors and drives from high end renown brands. These brands are available to the public due to an unpropertied spare parts list ensuring no price gouging on spare parts.
We were also invited to several laundry’s one which has 2 CBWs, 4 ironing lines including remote clip station feeders and multiple towel folders. The equipment is up to six years old and is still running at optimal productivity, this has given us great confidence.
HDTC has cemented a very strong business partnership with CLM, and we are happy to put our reputation and name on this quality equipment.
CLM is also supporting us with backup and service. As China is on GMT+8 this allows us to get answers and solutions to our customers in the same day, meaning less down time and productivity loss.
With this relationship HDTC will be moving out of the second-hand market to focus on sales and service of HDTC/CLM equipment.
